Library Rule
- The borrower can borrow one book for 8 days only.
- After 8 days, borrower will have to pay a fine of Rs.1.00 per day per book.
- To avoid penalty, the user should get the book date renewed.
- Borrower will have to pay the cost of the book in full for any loss or damage.
- A book may be reserved in advance on demand.
- Readers should make an entry in the register before availing the facility of news papers, reference book etc.
- Reference Books & Periodicals will not be issued out of library to any user.
- In case of loss of Borrower’s Ticket the Borrower must report the loss immediately to the librarian. Fresh Borrower Ticket will be issued against payment of Rs.10/-
- Outsiders are allowed to have library services under Book Bank Scheme or by paying Deposit.
- In case of loss or damage of book there will be penalty as per the situation.
- Library will issue one borrower ticket for students and 10 borrower ticket to each faculty members.
- Faculty members should return issued books within 30 days otherwise the fine will be charged Rs.1/- per day per book.
- Faculty members can draw maximum 10 books in the span of 30 days.
- Each and every member of library whether it is student of faculty member should sign in the visitors register at the time of visit.
- User must carry with them college identity card in the library.
- User should keep clean and neat the library area and avoid unnecessary use of electricity.
- Switch off lights and fans after the use.
- Silence should be maintained in the library to avoid the unnecessary disturbance to other users.
- The lost of Borrower ticket and not inform to librarian will be charged Rs.100/- as a fine.
