About Department

Department of chemistry was established in 2016 by the visionary and foresighted founder President of Shree Dadasaheb Gawai Charitable trust's Hon’ble Shree Dadasaheb Gawai.Whose dream to educate the youth from rural background is being fulfilled. From the beginning the whole hearted devotion and hard work of the faculty has laid down a strong foundation and the path for progress. Department of Chemistry Indistinguishably contributed by the renowned faculty members Prof.Swati V.Gawai and Prof.Sukeshini B Gawai.The goal of the department is to make learning easy and create interest in the students. Apart from the traditional teaching process our staff insist on use of modern teaching tools like OHP and LCD projector and Chem software. Innovative teaching methodologies incorporated in the regular teaching program helps to develop and maintain students interest in chemistry like industry/ research lab visit, experiment demonstration, use of models, Quiz, Poster Presentation, Guest lecture We welcome the prospective students for a useful stint with us
