Course: Indian Social Structure and Social Problems
- Introduce students to tribal, rural, and civil societies.
- Highlight primary Indian systems like family, caste, marriage, and class.
- Make students aware of several social problems, their causes, and remedies.
Course: Social Anthropology
- Introduce students to the origin, nature, and scope of Social Anthropology and its relations with other social science branches.
- Bring various social systems of tribal communities, such as family, clan, and marriage, to the notice of students.
- Introduce students to tribal economy, faith, religion, magic, and their political systems.
- Inform students about problems faced by tribals, reformative programs, and various schemes addressing their issues.
